Replacement, Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, no product will replace.

  • All the cancellation in certain case request by the customers should be made within 12 hours of the purchase or before the tangible product has been shipped.

  • No product will eligible for refund once it’s delivered.

  • In the cancellation case of cancellation, the entire amount will be refunded to the customer. Mode of a refund will be chosen at the time of refund and will be conveyed to the customer directly.

  • Order cancellation is not allowed in cases, where the shipping or the delivery of the product has been made to the customer.
